Rules and Conditions for Alsager Equestrian Competitions

  1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or amend classes in any way.
  2. Dress code where specified must be worn, correctly fitting hats conforming to PAS015 or BSEN1384 and carrying the BSI kite mark must be worn at all times when mounted
  3. The judges and stewards decision is final.
  4. Please respect our property at all times. Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided and please do not skip out lorries/trailers onto the car park.
  5. No horse/pony to be left unattended unless secured in a lorry/trailer.
  6. Owners entering their horse/ponies do so at their own risk and it is deemed a condition of entry that no liability of any kind will be attached to AEC or its officials in any respect whatsoever.
  7. Dogs are welcome on site, but should remain on leads and all waste should be cleaned up and disposed of sensibly.
  8. AEC abides by the smoking ban, and no smoking is permitted inside any of the buildings or stable blocks, all cigarette ends must be disposed of appropriately.

 

Health and Safety

Alsager Equestrian Centre has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the organizers and all other officials and stewards.

Legal Liability

It is deemed a condition of entry to shows or premises that no claim will be entertained by the owners for injury, loss or damage caused to or suffered by any person, horse or pony or any other property in connection with or arising from any event at AEC whether or not the said injury, loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the owners, his servants or agents.

 

We STRONGLY advice that you take out your own personal insurance for both yourself and your horse.
